Athletic physicals for the 2019-20 school year will be held Thursday, June 6. Go to www.bloomsburgpanthers.org and click on the Athletic Physicals tab to download the reqired PIAA and HIPPA forms.

Beginning Monday, May 20th you will be able to sign up for a designated time slot to receive your physical. You must first turn in your completed PIAA and HIPPA paperwork to be eligible to sign up for a designated time. If you have any questions please contact the athletics office.
