Athletic Physicals
PHYSICAL SCHEDULE
UPDATE
Good afternoon,
Sports physicals for 2023 Fall Athletes were scheduled for both yesterday and today. Unfortunately, we were not able to administer physicals to all our athletes during the allotted time slots.
Two additional dates have been secured this Summer where physicals will be provided, free of charge:
- July 17th 8-10 am MS Gym
- August 3rd 8-10 am MS Gym

Physicals will take place in the Middle School Gym AT NO COST TO THE STUDENT OR THEIR FAMILY. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled time to check-in and begin your pre-physical examination.

The attached file is required medical paperwork to participate in athletics at Bloomsburg Area. All completed forms MUST be returned to Mr. Kogut directly in the Central Office no later than FRIDAY MAY 26, 2023
